You can literally buy Manaphy at Gamestop.

Yeah, Mew is pretty much the rarest. It has the least Event distributions and the ones it had are a gozillion years old.

I wish they'd done the faraway island event for ORAS but of course they weren't willing to put any effort into that game

Mew isn't rare, you can get it from Pokemon Ranch and trade it up.

The rarest is Meloetta by far, that little shit has only even distroed ONCE, it was an in-store event, and one that was limited to certain COUNTRIES only. That's some serious bullshit.

Mew as normal isn't the rarest
It's tied with Jirachi for Rarest Shiny tho
both being only avaible Shiny via JP only events
(Mew: Faraway island , Jirachi: Sh tanabata jirachi in only 1 store in fukken japan)

Those Jirachi and Mews? Yeah, now ALL of them are shiny, alongside most of the Shaymin, Darkrai, Genesect, and now Arceus. Nothing is sacred.

If you're talking about Pokemon Ranger, that was one manaphy per cart. Even if you wipe the game, you can't get another manaphy on that cart. The only way you can guarantee you'll get a cart with manaphy still on it is by buying a new copy, and considering it's an 8 year old game? Yeah, good luck with that.

Celebi took me ages to get to complete pokedex.

Jirachi was not fun either. But i had a few manaphy left (2) from an event i farmed with a friend. (restart and trade.
