>>23565543>substitute matterAnd yet another move nerfed! Gee, this blow away a lot of strategy. Especially since you could just Explosion the substitute, basically making it mean nothing.
What if I had recovery item, or were to stall out someone with toxic poison, and substitute would get me there? It's not Explosion or Double-Edge, shouldn't be able to kill you.
>rage accuracyOkay, I agree on the continuos damage, since it's RAGE.
But if you miss, you get 1/256 accuracy. Which is bullshit.
I actually had this happen once. Against a Hardener.
never got out of the Rage's wild ride.
>MimicOkay, he's right on this
>DisableBut not on this. You basically had a chance of disabling a viable move, WITHOUT the opponent using it. So there was a chance you would fuck up someone majorly for few turns.
>Bidelol another original comment, by le anon ;)
(Yes, the smiley face is intentional.)
Bide itself was a bad move, though. As someone pointed it out, it basically 'makes you a sitting duck'.
Oh, and since it's G1, it doesn't have priority!
>op blizzardretarded was the fact that in the japanese versions, it had 30 to freeze. it was nerfed for internationa release, in stadium and yellow colloseum, but still. it was basically as likely to freeze as secret power in certain environment, except it had that effect ALWAYS. And it had good power. On top of this, the freeze was OP as shit on its own, as mentioned earlier. Blizzard was one of the most broken things back then, and guess what could learn it? Psychic types! Except Mr. Mime, Abra and Drowzee lines. but still, other psychics ad it.
>restoring HPOh look, I want to heal, but that guy my HP at just 255 below max, so my pokemon did absolutely nothing! I wasted a turn!
>x defend against critrefer to the guy who made me start this list.
