It would actually be more "challenging" if you had to fly to the frigate instead of surfing. The surfing route is just tedious to do over and over again.

Some are good and some are bad. The early parts of 5D's are really good but it enters a decline after Dark Signers arc. It picks up again during some parts however (Team Ragnarok and Ark Cradle) but get used to Yusei being god mode. I never watched Zexal and of course, the original series and GX are good (but fuck edgy jaden.)

That is because the main protagonists all take after Yugi's hair. All their names also have "yu" in them as well. Right now, there is ARC-V going on and it features Jack and Crow from 5D

You can google it but long story short, Carly from 5d's voice actor was apart of a japanese sex cult and she was fired because they wanted no parts of it. it was a big scandal in japan and it totally fucked plot of the show because of it.
