Is there anything online that will make it to where you can't cheat in a nuzlocke?

I love to play them but you just get to a point where it's too hard to let some mons go, I end up giving them "last chances" and other cheaty exceptions and it's just not right. Need some way to make it to where there's no way you can cheat during one.

What happens if both parents have more than four egg moves between them?

Example:
Female Tyranitar that knows Pursuit, Outrage, and Focus Energy (dumb moveset I know, but it's just an example)
Male Tyrantrum that knows Stealth Rocks and Stomp

That's a total of five egg moves the baby could potentially inherit. What happens?

You don't have to worry about cards being lost/damaged if you get digital. There's really no advantage to buying physical, unless you don't have the internet and it's literally your only option.

They are the shopkeepers both in the town and in dungeons. If you take their items without paying in dungeons, a bunch of them will go after you and they have maximum stats and have like 0.1% chance to recruit if you have all the recruitment rate boosters.

This is one I've been wondering for a while. How would you get a shiny Black or White Kyurem? Would the Kyurem have to shiny? Would the Reshiram or Zekrom have to be shiny? Would both have to be shiny? I don't even want one it's just something I started to think about.

Assuming true randomness and that neither affects the other:

Bulbapedia and Smogon claim that past Gen 5 King's Rock doesn't work on moves that already flinch. They're not always accurate though, so I'm not 100% abut that.

Turn order is decided when you select your attack, before mega evolving happens- so regular Diancie's speed is used to calculate who goes first. This is why Protect is important on a lot of Megas like Beedrill, who goes from 75 speed to 145.

Yeah, it's a weird mechanic. I assume it's to do with the way turn order is calculated, and they can't fix it easily. You really need to take it into account for megas that gain a lot of speed when they evolve though.

Father always passes down egg moves, and mother passes them by the order they appear in her moveslots.

In your example, the baby larvitar's moveset will be:
Stealth Rocks, Stomp, Pursuit, Outrage

You'll do pretty well in unrated battle spot whatever you run, as long as you understand weaknesses and resistances, and your mons are properly natured/EV trained. What I did to make my first team was to start with a mega I like (in my case Beedrill) and work out what goes well with it, to cover its weaknesses. For example, Beedrill needs to be able to switch out into something that can take a hit. His weaknesses are Flying, Rock, Fire and Psychic, so the teammate I chose for him was Heatran, who resists 2 of those and is immune to another. When you see an opponent is about to use something bad (for example lets say he switches in Charizard), switch out to something that CAN take the hit (Heatran being able to tank both Fire and Flying no problem). Do you have a favourite pokemon that really stands out to you?

clefable gets sent in and pull of a calm mind, and I don't have things that can easily clean up before it boosts again.
Any advice on a preferably-not-super-OU counter? I know it'll sound shity, but I just don't want another smogoclone

Same deal for Venusaur, but I'm thinking of adding a latias. I always see people using psySHOCK rather than psyCHIC and I can't figure out why it's overall more useful to target phys def.

unboosted latias psychic: 75-90% on OU def mega venus

unboosted latias psyshock: 49-58% on OU def mega venus.

Yet all sets suggest shock rather than psychic
