I've actually had some concepts for something like this before.
>Pokemon Stadium: Would be able to connect to the current handheld games and would allow you to battle another patron using whatever team you had on you in the game through holographic projections; could potentially react to voice commands so it feels more like the anime
>Pokemon Center: Would act as a giant mall with a food court, a Pokemon Center Shop and other kinds of shops, and even a "PokeMart" that sells various food items based off of Pokemon Items (ex. a drink based off of a Hyper Potion, or real life versions of the Rage Candy Bar, Castelia Cone, Lava Cookie, etc.)
>Pokemon Arcade: a giant arcade filled with Pokemon themed games, like an arcade version of Pokemon Shuffle and Pokemon Rumble, as well as PokeBall Ski Ball, and both Pokken and Tretta Machines
>The Life of a Pokemon Ride: Similar to the ride inside the giant ball at Disney's Epcot; would be a giant Pokeball that you ride around in that explains how a Pokemon is born from an egg, raised through it's evolution stages, how they fight, and maybe even how they act inside of their PokeBalls.
These are just a few of the ideas I've had. Too bad I'm not an Imagineer for Disney, otherwise I'd be able to create some of these things.
