Ditto, and especially ditto with a scarf is about tthe only poke that can 1v1 every other. Only it rarely ever does so without taking damage, and hate to ever see my pokemon getting injured. That's why I always prefer my dittos how I prefer my women - bareback and pregnant.

It can't 1v1 other scarf users since it speed ties and most of the time it has less HP.
It can't 1v1 most stall things that usually have like 3 non attacking moves and 1 mediocre offensive move.
