Is there a way that I can progress through SS without capturing this cunt? I can't capture him even after 15 ultra balls at a tiny bit of red health.

even my little brother who is 9, understood that it might take a long time to catch a legendary in the older games.
I remember how i spent 80 ultra balls on giratina in diamond.

You can literally just walk away from the shrine after the cutscene, you don't need to fight or catch him. If you absolutely must, just KO the bitch, it'll respawn every time you beat the E4.
