My guesses for best users of this new item:
-Skamrory, the most annoying damn user of it of all. It's a physical Chansey now, pretty much.
-Torkoal has 140 base defense, so I'm sure somebody can find a use for that after an eviolite boost.
-Eviolite Relicanth would could counter birdspam. Watch as bad palyers flock to it to kill Talonflames. Also, it gets Amnesia as an Egg move and has 100 base HP and 130 base Defense, so I guess you could turn it into some kind of wall.
-Eviolite Sigliyph, the Blood Totem lives!
-Evilite Throh and Alomomola, as already mentioned, have some scary potential.
-Bouffalant has 95/95/95 bulk. That's almost as good as Mew. With the extra bulk, you get an extra turn to swords dance and go to town.
