Alignments could be given like gender ratios, like:
>Gastly line being 80% Chaotic, 15% Neutral, 5% Lawful,>Reshiram being 100% Chaotic,>Zekrom being 100% LawfulMore or less I picture that way. I don't know what effects would this have in game mechanics. Maybe in how fast you can gain hearts in Amie or friendship, depending in your own Trainer's alignment.
