How did you go about this? Did you buy the proper sequel or did you say "screw it" to plot consistency and just bought the opposing version to get exclusives? I got White 2 but now I want to get Black because I like Gothitelle more than Reuniclus.

I think that first reply meant that the games are usually referred to in a certain order.
"Ruby and Sapphire" not "Sapphire and Ruby"
It's commonly listed even as "Black and white" while OP says White & Black.
