If there's one thing I hate about Gen II and their remakes it's that it's so fucking difficult to get Flamethrower, Ice Beam and Thunderbolt. Either you wait until post-game or you spend two full days playing an infuriating luck based game that most likely fucks you over even if you use online calculators.
