>Gen 1-2Everything looks pretty shit in retrospect except Crystal and the Gen 2 mod for Red. Still played the shit out of these games way back, but now they don't hold up, with remakes been made that i liked and no connectivity with newer games makes it seem like a waste of time when i barely have the time to play anymore.
>Gen 3Probably the most boring one to revisit these days. This gen felt like it went on for ages. R/S was pretty cool, but went boring fast. FRLG was cool and Emerald blew my fucking mind, it needed a more varying soundtrack tho. I was never really a fan of the Hoenn games, and I have played too much FRLG in my days... I revisit this gen to play some of the GC-games
>Gen 4D/P was good, but Platinum again blows my mind.
HGSS, felt like I didnt have enough time to play it as itss probably the longest game of them all with BW right around the corner when it finally hit Western shelves.
>Gen 5BW was fucking awesome, seeing only new mons every fucking encounter since I never spoil new gens was probably the best move in a long time. Some mons in Gen 5 might have suffered from lack of love sionce they had to do a lot of them. BW2 was great... not much more to say.
