How would the meta change? Which Pokémon would benefit the most from it?
Examples:
Mega Tyranitar with Quick Stone (Priority Stone Edge and Rock Slide)

Amoonguss with Leaf Rush (Priority Spore and Giga Drain)

Hoopa-Unbound with Sneaky Edge (Priority Knock Off and Taunt)
