M-Mewtwo lacks in raw strength due to useless ability and no item, but tries to make up for it with coverage, which is now irrelevant.
Primal Groudon on the other hand has an actual ability boosting its fire attacks further and negating an entire type, albeit the specific typing doesn't matter now, it still negates 1/18 of the movepool.
People in this thread forgot about Shedinja though.
