I would rather Psychic be as broken as it was in gen 1 than it be as weak as it is now.

Nerf Knock Off, Sucker Punch and Pursuit, make Steel weak to Psychic (but let it regain Ghost and Dark resists) and make Dark only resist Psychic.

I don't even play competitive anymore due to this shit. The steel nerf was the final nail as both dark and ghost got even better.

Don't ghosts only have two weaknesses?

Ghost as a type is better but dark type attacks usually ofter higher damage and utility making them better.

because of higher powered moves and super high utility. Not because Ghost is inherently inferior.

If anything ghost is inherently superior but loses out because there are no decently strong ghost type moves

Ghosts also tend to have superior support moves with wil-o-wisp, pain split, destiny bond ect. Being immune to trapping also even further helps this function.

But STAB foul play is god like.

Nothing is immune to dark while normal is immune to ghost, so no. Dark also resists itself which is incredibly helpful defensively.

There are 9 Psychic types in OU not counting Megas and Gardevoir( I didn't count waifu bait because anything that gets the Fairy-type becomes good)Yet there's only two Ghost-types in the tier. But its Psychic that's bad?

Every Psychic type in OU is there because of their stats, abilities or movepools. Psychic holds them back. Having the type is an automatic flaw.

Same goes for Mewtwo in Ubers.

Eh, depends honestly. Knock Off isn't as prevalent as it is in OU, and even when it's used, Mewtwo is normally mega anyway, be it Y or X. Y can take it decently enough and X won't even feel it. It's faster than most Ghost and Dark types in the tier (very few of them), including M-Gengar and Darkrai, and can OHKO them quite easily with hos dual STAB (if it's X).
