How many pokemon are obtainable in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire? Like, how many total pokemon can be found in Hoenn. Including mirage spots, breeding, evolving, catch in wild, etc etc.

Anyone know? I've got 350 in Omega Ruby all from Hoenn. I want to know when I should switch over and catch all the rest in Pokemon X to reach my goal of 721.
