Skill link would make him ungodly strong but then comes extremely close to being a clone of heracross with a slightly different typing. Still, Rock Blast and Bullet Seed, drain punch, Spore is basically its current set anyway (switching rock tomb for rock blast) though it lacks the Focus Sash and doesnt need more than 2 hits to one-shot TFlame with Rock blast

Just give it a fuck load of attack, like +40, and an Ice-type Heavy slam. Put the rest into defenses with a bit of speed (at least 12 speed)

to be fair soul dew latias is way better than the mega.

Scizor has the movepool to use a weaker bulkier and slower (?) set with roost. I mean overall marowak is better because BST increases but it feels like a waste.
