All wild Pokemon (including ones received in game as gifts/trades from NPCs as either eggs or hatched mons) now have 1 perfect and one awful IV, Destiny Knot now always passes down the highest IV for each stat from both parents regardless of holder (25 Sp. Atk male Alakazam holds Knot, 31Sp. Atk. female Alakazam holds nothing, baby Abra gets 31 Sp. AtK), Power Items can bypass this for a single Stat (guarenteeing max Gyro Ball damage and max Analytic boost), and both 30 & 31 IVs count as "perfect" ensuring it easier to get the best Stats and the desired Hidden Power

Does this fix the "eugenics simulator" issue?
