Archeops doesn't have a hidden ability yet, so there's still hopes of one getting released in an event next generation/game.

but running any ability on it isn't really gonna solve another huge problem and that's it's super frail to begin with, and 110 speed isn't good enough to hang around in OU with that paper thin bulk.

Moxie/Sheer Force could make it a sweeper that can hold its own in UU,

Adaptability would also be interesting considering Rock/Flying is a pretty good offensive typing so you'll be finding those boosted hits that a lot of mons just won't be able to handle.

Adaptability would make sense, at least in English form.
Archaepteryx is a reptile-bird transition fossil. Would be cool to pay homage to evolution with ADAPTability. GF does this with a lot of mons such as Bronzong.
