I was kinda surprised there are still trainers out there who use this s*** tactic.

I was in a double battle and had to face Gengar and Liepard. Both started out with Protect followed by Gengar Mega evolving and using the immiment Perish Song while Liepard used Encore on my Protecting Conkeldurr. I was hoping she'd be somewhat merciful on my Empoleon so I used one Swords Dance. But I was naive and she used Prankster Encore on my Empoleon the following round.

This is where I stopped the match. Like, for real, why is this fun again?
