I've been searching all over the place for a good website that has episodes from season 17/18 in the same place but to no avail. What does everyone here use to download if you do?

I didn't enjoy the B/W series that I saw but I think I could really get back into it with XY and seemed really good from the small bits I saw. Has everyone been enjoying it?

Just curious, are all pokemon episodes in raws without stations logo (tv tokyo), best quality possible and stuff uploaded somewhere?

I recall hearing the Japs also have the CDs/DVDs with their episodes being released and sold, that's why I think so

The subbers must be getting them from somewhere

Back when I was onto pokemon fandom/websites I remember our national websites were linking to download of newest episode in good quality and without stations logos, it was some french website and they were compressed, always wondered where they're getting it from

Fucking disgusting. It'll never beat the original I WANNA BE THE VERY BEST... Subbed Pokemon is dumb, characters are dumb, names are dumb.. then people say "well the dub changes stuff" its only to make it better. Literally no reason to watch the sub unless you're a weeb.

I was honestly appaled when I found out people sit through Pokemon subbed.

Number one its hard to read subs. Number two its not in english. Number three Jap voices ALWAYS suck, no exceptions. They also get the names wrong in the Japanese version.

Pokemon is only good dubbed. Jap Pokemon is horrible but in the dub is great. The jokes they added are what makes it, the original is boring and the music in the dub is good too (Not muh jpop). Also names are easier to say and more realistic and they made it more like what it is, a kids show. Jap version is boring as fuck but dub is high energy and full of fun and goodness, way better. Anyone who watches the Jap version is just a retard and everyone who watches the dub agrees with this.

The ONLY thing good about the dub is the original opening, that's it, only that.
When you're a kid you don't really perceive bad acting and weird things, but to me today is really noticeable.
More realistic names? Pfft, it's extremely subjective, there's no such thing as "realistic names", there's just names that sounds more common in your country.

Summarizing: The original dub is only good because you watched it as kid, while the original theme is better, the japanese version is superior in all the aspects. Mainly because they literally change the story and hide subtle things in the dub (like the Mewtwo movie, "inappropriate" references and even the fucking japanese culture/food, it's lame)
