Flabebe and Floette I can see being pure fairy ala Farfetch'd. But I agree that Florges should be Fairy/Grass seeing that it merged with the flower.

But it didn't.
Just look at its abilities, Flower Veil and Symbiosis.
It wears flowers to soak in extra energy from sunlight (I wouldn't mind seeing a Solar Power/Chlorophyll Florges)
