To help stem gen warfare on /vp/, I shall be posting Fucking Top Notch and Not So Hot designs by generation, proving that each gen has tons of great shit, and all should be appreciated.

Rules:
-Fully evolved designs are the only ones judged, though they MAY be judged in relation to their prevos. Example: Poliwrath, which is a pretty okay design as a standalone, but a fucking lazy piece of shit when keeping Poliwhirl in mind.
-No legendaries. I don't personally use them them, and I don't particularly care what they look like.

Other gens to come later-- this shit takes a while. So, I don't know precisely how these next gens are gonna play out. Gonna be interesting to see if some are better or worse than I remember.
