Anyone know if the Victory Ribbon can be gained at the Open Level of Battle Tower in Emerald's Battle Frontier, or is there a Level 100 challenge I didn't notice? I know Ruby and Sapphire Battle Tower have the Level 100 challenge, but on Emerald I can only find Level 50 and open level.
