>>24643179Yeah, that's Rare games for you (except Diddy Kong Racing), but I'm not sure why they would officially release it if it has issues that big that the game is unwinnable (or nearly so at least, there's probably some exploit that can be used to get past it like with that fan that gets too fast to beat if you grab too many bananas on the stage. Why did so many devs tie gameplay to the framerate, it seems a disaster for any attempts at porting, which you know they were considering by the N64 considering compilations like SMAS).
Related to the topic of the thread, do you think we'll see them retroactively enable link cable stuff in other games, or even stuff like Card Pop in Pokémon TCG? The latter would be amazing since as a kid I never figured out how to use it, I'd probably pay for the ROM if it was working.
