Huh no. The reason it shits the HoF is because its sprite is not compressed and it goes out of bounds, and the next thing after it is the HoF data. Only a few glitches actually write to the SRAM. Iirc not even ZZAZZ does it, although if you save the game manually you do lose it.

jesus, I didn't even like playing the game corner when I was a kid because I always lost. I don't think I've ever had a good payout. I think Pokemon is part of the reason I don't like going to casinos. The rare wins never outweigh the constant losses.

It's very specific countries that have actual laws against gambling in children's media - among them is Greece, but I don't know for sure how many others followed that example.

PEGI's guidelines are reflected by all laws in the EU, so it's not too far of a claim.

Aware. They won't take out missingno directly. But it'd be pretty easy to patch up the common ways people encounter it. Some encounter data on cinnabars coast and shortening the sight line of a handful of trainers would lock out the majority of glitchy fun. It'd also take care of the mew glitch and safari zone exploit too.

They already did it, in the following generations to be exact.

I even doubt that they will remove Missingno, maybe they do it because it's a famous glitch that even they are aware of it.

Don't even expect "muh, new moves! muh fix Focus Energy, Hyper Beam, Leech Seed, etc" because this is even less possible, and isn't like the Gen 1 will serve for Metagame battles anyways. It will serve just for you rape some friends in the battle mode with your in-game team (and fill the dex maybe).
