Azumarill loses Huge Power as its ability, gets Sheer Force or adaptability instead. Still usable, but a lot shittier now. In that state, it's a shitty Crawdaunt wannabe.
For Sylveon and Florges, redistribute stats. Take away a little bit of Sylveon's SpD and put it into SpA. Now it can't tank hits quite as well. Do the same thing for Florges. Florges doesn't need to have the same SpD as fucking Lugia and Ho-Oh.
Finally, for Clefable, you can probably just get away with saying it can't learn Softboiled anymore, since it's a gen-3 transfer move anyway. No it's still good, but not retardedly good like it is now. You still have Moonlight, but it's got less PP so you can't stall with it as much.
