There, I just gave you a list of legendary pokemon that aren't worth banning. A lot of them, like the lake trio, and the regis, are actually pretty awful and outclassed by stuff like Aggron (Aggron is almost always better than Registeel AND Regirock, not even counting it's mega form) and Reuniclus (Makes Uxie look like garbage, is better than Mespirit most of the time too).
Most legends aren't even that good. The ones that appear on the box the games come in are all OP, even Kyurem-Black. The thing is, that's not the bulk of all legends. Most legends are like the ones listed, outclassed by 3-Stage evolution stuff with better typing and movepools to make up for slightly less raw stats.
