I'm about to run through HG again, and I remember, as a kid, really loving Teddiursa. I thought it was the cutest thing I've ever seen.

I want to use it in-game, but not evolve it. Is Teddiursa good enough to use in-game? I've never used a NFE Pokemon in-game before.
