Fairy Element Knock Off with 70 Base Power, rises to 105 Base Power when it hits an item. All fairies, everything in the fairy egg group, including Pikachu, can learn it. Has 90% accuracy.
Every element gets a 130 Base power attack with 70% accuracy and a crippling secondary effect that goes off 30% of the time, if they don't already have one. Can be physical or special. Focus Blast's secondary effect buffed to reduce both SpD and Spe now. Use New Focus Blast or Blizzard as the template for these.
Hail has a 10% chance of freezing any non-ice type pokemon at the end of the turn while it's hailing. This rises to 20% against pokemon weak to ice, and 5% against pokemon resistant to ice.
All ice type moves that can freeze raise their freeze chance by 10%. More freeze hax means more butthurt.
Attract works on all genderless pokemon and either gender can attract them. Genderless legends now easily dealt with by fucking Attract. Having a fast and bulky female Attract user would take out most OU and Ubers teams (Genies are always male, so I said female Attract user). Attract probably banned, just like Swagger. Destiny Knot becomes the new meta.
New Move: Tsundere Slap
Fairy type, physical, 80 Base Power, 100 Accuracy. Base Power rises to 120 when used on a pokemon that's attracted to you.
Combine with the new Attract rules, this might get banned too.
