if you have a 3DS with the correct software version, you can simply inject them using QR codes. i happen to have such a 3DS, so that's what i do, but there's not much else.

to clarify, you can check your 3DS software version by going to your 3DS settings and checking the bottom-right of the top screen.
i have version 9.5.0-22E and it still lets me inject with QR codes.
so if you have this version or lower, simply look up a guide on pokemon injection with QR codes and then use a pokemon QR website to create pokemon to inject.
