Sky is because it's got a lot of extra stuff to play with. It's like the third version, would you rather play Platinum or D/P (although not as drastic)

Darkness and Time are counterparts to each other, like main versions are for the mainline games (Red and Blue, Gold and Silver, Ruby and Sapphire, etc.).

Sky is an upgrade of Darkness and Time with more content, like a mainline 3rd version (Yellow, Crystal, Emerald, etc.).

So go with Sky for the most content.
