Not sure, but there are .wc6 files for every single event in ProjectPokemon. Those are better anyway, since they're guaranteed to be 100% legit, then you just edit the IVs and shit.

Power Gem probably goes farther than Play Rough since special Rock attack users are nearly non-existent and Diancie can reliably boost with Calm Mind

Nah, it still has to deal with common revenge killers such as Scizor and LanDoge. It'll be a powerful sweeper, sure, but it won't be enough to get skyrocketed in brokeness.

I ought to get back into the games. I recall trying a CM set and finding very few opportunities to actually boost. Ended up running protect to reliably mega evolve

I probably need a dose of the git gud but smogon just killed my appetite for the game as a whole
