A neutral nature doesn't help because of no special attack, or defense stat boosts. Because you can trade an additional stat boost for an attack stat. since an attack stat is useless for a wingull. It may be useful for PU.
You can bring her to your party and use her in game. But for all, it's just a trophy for bragging rights
