Op you don't understand how this works do you?
Anyways mega banette making prankster work on mega evolve and trade some attack for speed.at least 25 points to make it 100 base speed, it already has the base power to hit like a truck just needs a good boost in speed.

Give Weavile Tough Claws or Technician.

Tough Claws fits it better fluff wise, and would make it hit harder overall, while Technician would make Ice Shard and a few other moves hi harder.

Mold Breaker is good, shits on Volt Absorbers and Unaware mons if passed some boosts. All it needs is swapping its Attack with Speed to become reasonably fast.
