>>24685428It is a new region, with new tiles and maps, some 4th and 5th gen pokemon (and one fakemon), and also some megas, which are done in a rather dumb way. It's fully complete, as is its sequel, Resolute version. There's a third one, Mega Power, which goes through the E4.
It kinda has to be seen to properly see how bad it is. Fully playable if you want to try to get through it, though.
