I want a poison electric rattlesnake pokemon with its rattletail producing electricity. Like some rattlesnakes it would have those little horn like bumps on its head and it courses electricity between them like a tazer to intimidate other pokemon. Of course it'd learn thunderfang by leveling up. It would be neat for it to have its own special move that has a chance to either poison or paralyze a pokemon.

Diverse movepool and ability combination rendering it immune to almost all status (by coincidence, not design) except Toxic - and no access to recovery besides Aromatherapy and leech seed. Might need a buff to offenses but I felt like 110 was significant and it didnt really justify hitting as hard as a Pseudo or powerful psychic, especially not with STAB Giga Drain/Flamethrower or Solarbeam in the rain
