They'll sooner give a mega to Pichu before Raichu. Pikachu gets priority and both GF and TPC seem to want to completely forget Raichu exists.

Just retcon it as a Dedenne evolution already. At least it'll be very slightly more relevant then.

I'm not even kidding. As long as it remains Pikachu's evolution, it will always and forever remain in its shadow. Even Pichu gets more recognition and it came out one generation later. Pichu was also in Smash.

Besides, Gallade is the only stone evolution to get a Mega at all, as a counterpart to Gardevoir's.
