This is my first mystery dungeon game, and the only reason I got it was all the hype about the amount of stuff to do and the likelihood that we aren't getting a new main series game for a while. I pulled a gen 5 and didn't look up anything at all about it, including how to play (although it explains everything pretty well), and I fucking love this shit. I didn't know cool/cute meant gender, on my next play through I'll pick a female of whatever I pick. I needed up being froakie and partnering with charmander, because after the little test it gives you, I got fennekin and partner Pikachu. I thought fuck that I'll pick my favorite starters but not completely throw away the little quiz and pick my fav starters from the same gen my recommended mons were from. Anyway, great fun through the whole thing, which one should I get next? I've heard one of them sucks, I think it's gates to infinity?? I'm not sure but I don't want to go from this really great game to the one considered the worst in the mystery dungeon series. If I can I'm getting a few of them used so it'll be really cheap, so which others are great?
