it would just be better gothitelle. Probably banned to ubers because it could trick it's scarf and then set up sub calm minds or something. Mono attacker with fire blast at max special attack behind the sub after your opponents support gets PP stalled is a fuckin rip. It would fuck aceuses shit up by locking it into extreme speed.

would completely dismantle stall (choice sets would get at least 2-3 kills and if you ran SubCM it'd just 6-0) and scarf could trap and revenge pretty much anything offensive that's at like 60-70%
