>>24707988Because it makes games less risky, which is more important the higher you get on the ladder. Low ladder it's fine to use offense/balance/goodstuffs, but once you get past a certain point you need to start either using hardcore wallbreakers (i.e. Mega Chomp, Mega Beetle, Mega Gyarados) or start using stall yourself, because you start seeing stall more and more on the high ladder.
