Scrat appeared first, Finn and Jake just went by, and Hello Kitty was on before they just went to commericals on NBC, so I think they just have them listed in a random order.

Pikachu usually goes by somewhere in the middle, and the balloon in OP was retired last year for one where he's wearing a winter outfit.

it doesn't really make much sense, but I guess they wanted their stuff to have a more winter theme. I think it'd be cute as a plush but they don't make one like that to my knowledge.
