My parents texted me a photo not that long ago, apparently the weather's pretty LSD-worthy in Aspertia. Most of the city is taking refuge in places like the Pokemon Center or the school. I wonder if any legendaries are going batshit around there.
I can't believe I'm fucking saying this but I'd really prefer to be stuck in Walmart right now. Even if it means having to watch as people kill each other in an attempt to save a couple of bucks.

That volcanic ash is spewing from Mt Chimney, which should be to your south. To the west is Fallarbor, a small town with a Contest Hall, this guy who's into fossils and an astrologist who helped out with fixing the Weather Trio Incidents. It does not lead to Fortree at all.
Route 111 should be back to the east. If you can stomach the harsh sandstorms in the desert, you can try head on down south. If it's too much, there should be a fork in the road near where it leads to the desert. That western path leads to the northern part of Route 112, connected to its southern part by a tunnel running under Mt Chimney called Fiery Path. It's a safer way through compared to the desert, despite the length and heat.
Upon getting out of Fiery Path, you should be on a cliff. The cable car to the top of Mt Chimney should be around the bend, but if you head straight down the cliff you might catch a glimpse of Lavaridge to the west, while 111's to the east. Keep going south from that part of 111 and you should reach Mauville's northern entrance. It's the biggest city in the region, but if you keep to the edges and follow the signs you should be able to make it through with ease.
The eastern entrance/exit leads to Route 118. It's divided in two by a river leading to the ocean. Go straight across that river and head north to get to Route 119. It's a long, wet and twisty path, but it's relatively straightfoward. From there on you just trek until you get to Fortree.
BTW is everything ok over in Hoenn? Hoopa went unbound earlier today and I don't know if that region's safe from its debauchery.

All there is to do now is wait for the opportunity to make a break for it, and finish scuffing the earth off the mysterious thing. I can see tiny flecks of blue in it.

Well, the inevitable happened and I got Hoopa'd to fuck knows where. Being stuck in the moors for hours on end made me drowsy, and my mons except for were sick of all of it so I got them to go back into their balls. What seems like one minute I was surrounded by Bug and Water-types and the next I'm in some room somewhere. The floor's made up of white tiles like it's a bathroom or somewhere. I have no clue where we are right now and my PokeNav isn't helping in that regard. Should I try find a window or something and make note of the scenery?
