Non-legendary and non-fossil/extinct? Larvesta, you simply can't find them wild in any region. The ONLY exception is that one volcarona that was in the desert ruins for some reason.

You need a shiny female combee. Take away any shiny multipliers this is statistically the most difficult Pokemon to obtain.

You can still get legit Mews from the My Pokemon Ranch game/box in Gen 4, and I think I saw a way to hack roms of the Japanese version of the Colosseum bonus disc to accept English Colosseum saves to get Celebi that way in Gen 3.

Well, Meloetta has literally only being distributed once anywhere in the world, and in each region it has been in-store.

Mew is available in Ranch at any given time. Arceus has been releasedat least twice in any given region, thrice in Japan.

Are you a fellow shiny hunter? I remember vespiquin guy trying for a shiny with no shiny charm. Pretty sure he gave up before he ever got it but I could be wrong.
So technically this shit, even with the shiny charm and musada method the odds are still worse than a normal Pokemon without shiny charm and musada method, the 1/8thousandsomething

Yeah, I think shiny Vespiqueen takes it, most legendaries have been way overused and are easy to obtain, shiny Vespiqueen could possibly take you 8thousand something just to get a shiny combee and then the chances of it being female are just as low
