>>24729854To be fair, I've only watched GX and 5Ds. I mean, I liked both, but they could not hold a candle to the MCs of original YGO. Kaiba/Pharaoh and hell even Joey are some of my favorite characters of all time.
But the characters from the other two series are somewhat likable, I like Yusei (hated all his friends though, so fucking awful) and I liked Jaden and Chazz, but they're all more or less stock character archtypes, not a lot to them.
In the Digital World saga in original YGO, learning about the Kaiba brother's back story was fucking unreal, not to mention Kaiba's rematch with Gozaburo.
Zexal looked like cancerous ass. Skipped that shit. That being said Galaxy-Eyes is my next favorite monster after Blue-Eyes.
Arc-V looks better than Zexal, or at least the characters look a little more conservative and less retarded.
