>>24734315To be honest, You sound really inexperienced, and like a deviantartist who got some ideas in his head and went "I'm gonna go make a game! i've got great ideas!" Got news for you bud. Ideas are nice, but unless you can program them or make them into something, anyone in this thread can take them for themselves and make em into their own stuff. And don't think a "COPYRIGHTED DO NOT STEAL PLS" signature will stop it. You can't copyright fanwork.
>What to expect:>Fully fledged dating sim>Run your own gym>Custom clothing sprites!>Cross breedingTell me, how exactly do you plan to do this? Do you know coding? Do you know how to create a dating sim using boolean values? or even how to go about creating multiple paths? If you plan to sue an engine, which one? and if so, how will you add all these extras into your game? Pre-written scripts can only do so much.
Your scope is huge. and thats admirable, but its too big. You want to have all this out by 2016? Try 2019 at best for your first demo. Do you work? do you have income? If you do, when will you have the time to dedicate to a project like this? And how old are you, are you really in your late 20's and dedicating all your money and resorces to creating a FREE pokemon fangame when you could be making something that could put food on your table?
Trust me man. Fan projects are nice and all, but you're going to fuck up your life if you spend years working on one. Take it from someone who worked on GMS projects with his friends, Its all fun until you get to the nitty gritty, and you can't expect someone to do all the work for you.
So far, we can't ascertain much from your level of skill. You've shown us drawings and thats it. If you show us mroe you've done in the field, we might be able to help you, but right now, I trust you to finish this about as far as much as i trust furries to leave /vp/.
Think on it. and hope this helps.
