Some of my favorite Pokémon are Gen IV Crossgen evos. I think they should do more. I mean, Gen V had the "We don't want any of them related to other generations because you are supposed to use only the new mons" excuse, but Gen VI was such a failure, with barely any new Pokémon and none of them crossgen.

I just want some more forgotten mons to be viable.

This is true. While saying it was shit in designs is subjective, GF saw that most people disliked them and didn't even bother playing gen 5, which is why we got less new Pokemon for gen 6, and most of them (aside from Klefki) were well received by the fanbase.
