are you sure that wasn't that AFTER Lucario came out? The head structure looks too much like Lucario for it to have come out first.

Anyway the coolest South Park easter egg is in Panzer Dragoon Saga, the line "They killed Kenny" in written in a table on a tavern. That's pretty fucking cool considering it's a game from 1997 that only shipped 300k outside if Japan.
