The DD set is obviously more reliable but I've had fun with this.

216 speed is for outspeeding neutral KyuB. No recovery. You only get 1 shot to do as much damage as you can. It can be a win condition but it doesn't have to be one as long as it takes down what it needs to KO. Take out your opponent's answer to physical sweepers and then send in your other sweeper like what birdspam does.
You basically abandon the reliability of the usual DD/Roost set and overspecialize. Against fast fragile teams or if the enemy is already damaged, tailwind. Against bulky teams, SD. The counters to DD set don't work for this set. Outrage and FlareBlitz are OHKOs when used properly along with SR. Just gotta watch out for Mega Alt and fairies before you click the button.
Even Azumarill is OHKOed by SD FlareBlitz if SR is up.
