If it's a good conductor, it will allow electricity to pass through it without harm. Electricity attempting to flow through a poor conductor (eg water, or your body) will have a harder time doing so and cause more damage attempting to push through.

So yeah you're just all-out stupid. Steel doesn't have any specific advantage against a dragon any more than rock would; the metal could be in a sharp shape or blunt

Fuck off faggot. Knights (wear metal, use swords made of metal) slaying dragons is one of the most common associations people have with dragons. Not that Steel needs a buff.
